Every individual has the capacity for growth and change. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your inner self and overcome personal challenges.
In our individual psychotherapy sessions I strive to create a peaceful and nonjudgmental space for you to explore, not only the difficulties that have brought you to therapy, but also to discover ways in which you can begin to live your valued life. I draw from a variety of modalities, such as ACT, DBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness approaches, however, very much take a person-centred approach to our work together. You are the expert in your life and I am here to help facilitate your process of self-discovery.
